2. Appointments and Cancellations
To ensure the best care for every pup, we require following protocols:
- Booking: All grooming and herbal conditioning treatments must be booked in advance via our website or phone.
- Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Failure to provide notice may result in a fee.
- Vaccinations: For the safety of all animals, proof of current vaccinations is required for all grooming sessions.
3. Service Terms
Herbivore Hounds provides premium, eco-conscious dog care. While we use organic and herbal grooming products, please inform us of any known allergies your pet may have prior to the session. We reserve the right to refuse service to pets with aggressive behavior for the safety of our staff.
Specific results of de-shedding and herbal conditioning may vary based on breed, coat condition, and pet temperament.
4. Payments and Retail
All prices for grooming services and organic retail products are listed in USD. Payment is due at the time of service or checkout. We accept all major credit cards and digital payments.
